Things escalated quickly with this one. One of the main reasons why we purchased this house was because of it’s undeniable potential that - quite honestly - didn’t necessarily need to fulfilled. In other words, while the house was choppy and tired, the prospect of reconfiguring every square inch of this building is admittedly, at least in retrospect, rather daunting. Nothing a lot more work, a lot more time, and a lot more money than anticipated can’t resolve. By the way, could not have asked for a better neighborhood and community to bring Charlie home to after welcoming her to the world.
